SPORTS ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR MJBASKETPLUS PLAYERS
Our Club, MJBasketPlus, in compliance with the regulations of the Limassol School Board (owner of Lanition and Tsirio Indoor Gyms) offers to all its players
Sports Accident Insurance by Medlife Alico.
This means that IF a child happens to get an injury either during
(a) basketball practice or
(b) during an official game or
(c) during a basketball tournament or
(d) during a basketball camp then the insurance will pay for his medical and hospital expenses as follows:

If a parent would like a HIGHER coverage for the child then the yearly contribution increases accordingly to 50-60-70 euros per YEAR.
The amount of 40 euros is payable as a ONE TIME FEE. The insurance plan begins on October 1st 2013 and covers the child up until the last day of basketball practices, games, camps of the current academic year.
PLEASE LET US KNOW as soon as possible if you are interested.
IF YOU already HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR YOUR CHILD :
(a) Please check with your medical insurance company IF your child is covered through them for sports accidents.
(b) If "YES" please bring us the contract where the name of your child is CLEARLY VISIBLE.
As a CLUB we have to ACCOUNT to the Limassol School Board for EVERY player on our lists, that they have coverage for any accident that may occur.
MJBasketPlus does NOT have any profit from the insurance policies and is only complying with School Board Regulations.
If you would like to get ACCIDENT INSURANCE through your own insurance agent please feel free to do so. Please provide us with a copy of the Contract by THURSDAY, September 19th, 2013.
