Our Club was established initially as a private Basketball Academy in 2004, became a member of the Cyprus Athletics Organism (KOA) in 2008, (registration number 684) and was accepted by the Cyprus Basketball Federation in July 2010.
Our Club has approximately 70 basketball players, children and adolescents in the age U 4-6, U7-9, U10-12, U13-U15, and U16-U18.

Every age group trains for about 3-4 hours weekly in basketball courts provided by the Limassol School Board and by the private school"The Grammar School Limassol". We train children from 16 different countries, namely: Cyprus, USA, Lebanon, Russia, Syria, South Africa, Serbia, Philippines, Estonia, Roumania, Australia, Israel, Greece, Belgium, Denmark, Nigeria, and France!
During the previous season (2012-2013) we participated in the Cyprus Basketball Federation League for the second season with the age groups "Men" Youth" (U18-U21), and "Juniors" (U15-18), "Paides" (U13-U15) and the "Panpaides" (U10-U12). Our team U13-15 finished 2nd in their group and would've been clearly first if it hadn't been for the injuries of two main players.
For the coming season (2013-2014) our Club, MJBasketPlus, is participating in the Cyprus League with the "Minis" (U8-U10), the "Panpaides" (U10-U12), the "Paides (U13-U15) and the "Juniors" (U15-U18).
The main objective of MJBasketPlus is to promote in youth a balanced combination between Sports and Education.
Our "Minis" participate in many tournaments and they never cease to amaze us, because 99% of the time they come in FIRST place!
